Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Confident speaking on video and comfortable using virtual platforms
• Passion for helping others and contributing to service-driven work
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
