In Short

• Respond to client inquiries regarding life insurance products and services
• Manage client accounts, providing ongoing support and assistance
• Assist clients in understanding their life insurance policies, benefits, and options
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
• Record and maintain accurate client information in our database
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for service improvement
• Participate in training programs aimed at developing leadership skills for future advancement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to pursue LLQP if not already certified (training provided)
