Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills as you educate clients and collaborate with your mentors and team
• Active listening skills and flexibility as you adapt to each client’s unique needs
• Proficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work
• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environment
• Eagerness to learn from others and adapt with a growing industry
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required
