Overview

As a Research Engineer on Alignment Science at Anthropic, you will build and run machine learning experiments to understand and steer the behavior of AI systems, focusing on AI safety and risks from powerful future systems.

Requirements

• Experience with LLMs and reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to pick up slack outside job description.
• No formal certifications required.
