Accounting Intern - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to assist in tracking and maintaining inventory records within our accounting system. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about accounting, data accuracy, and inventory management. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in clerical accounting tasks related to inventory tracking and will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records.

• Record and update inventory transactions in the accounting system
• Verify and reconcile inventory data to ensure accuracy
• Assist in inventory audits by reviewing stock levels and financial records
• Organize and maintain detailed records of 4,208 inventory lines
• Support the finance team with clerical tasks related to inventory tracking
• Assist in generating reports on stock movements and discrepancies
• Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting
• Perform data entry and document inventory adjustments as needed
