Paraplanner - Remote

Overview

A detail-oriented and growth-minded Paraplanner is needed to support lead advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning experiences for clients in a remote role.

In Short

• Assist with meeting prep, financial plans, and client follow-ups
• Join client meetings and capture detailed notes and action items
• Collaborate with advisors to ensure timely and accurate plan delivery
• Gradually assume planning responsibilities from senior team members
• Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment

Requirements

• Licensed, currently pursuing or willingness to pursue necessary licenses (Series 7, 66, Life & Health preferred)
• Strong interest in remaining in a Paraplanner role for 18–24+ months
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone
• Ability and willingness to travel to office location as necessary
• Desire for long-term growth opportunities within the firm

• Salary range: $62,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
