Overview

Martin’s Financial Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Part-Time (remote, must work EST or CST hours) team member to support our growing financial planning practice.

In Short

• Part-Time Virtual Financial Planning & Operations Assistant (10 Hours/Week)
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
• Maintain and optimize CRM (Salesforce) data and workflows
• Input client data into financial planning software (MoneyGuide)
• Assist with planning and execution of client webinars and events
• Help improve efficiency across systems and processes
• Approximately 10 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy, especially within CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines
• Proactive and able to work independently in a virtual environment
• Strong communicator who can collaborate with a remote team
• Experience with financial planning tools (MoneyGuide) preferred
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management preferred
