Senior Product/UX Designer B2B SaaS - Remote

Overview

We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company working at the intersection of technology and sustainability. As we scale, we're looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and can lead the end-to-end development of impactful, user-friendly solutions.

In Short

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Translate strategic priorities into user-centric product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize requirements and features based on impact, effort, and user benefit.
• Design and facilitate workshops to align with customers and users (B2B SaaS application).
• Create and comprehensively document wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and designers for timely delivery.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and insights effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, UX Design, or similar roles.
• Strong UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping and user testing.
• Experience in complex domains and industries, data-heavy apps, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma).
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
