The Francophone Technical Due Diligence Expert will conduct assessments on combined cycle gas power plants in West Africa, focusing on technical, performance, and compliance evaluations.

In Short

Conduct technical due diligence on gas power plants in Côte d’Ivoire and Togo.
Prepare summary reports on financial models and technical risks.
Evaluate performance and maintenance records.
Review technical documentation and management structures.
Conduct site visits for facility inspections.
Present findings in reports and meetings.
Work remotely with site visit requirements.
Fluency in French and proficiency in English required.
Contract duration of 6-8 weeks.
Strong engineering background in power generation is essential.

Requirements

Engineering background in combined cycle power plants.
Experience in technical due diligence for power assets.
Knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance.
Experience in power purchase agreement analysis.
Familiarity with EPC and O&M contracts.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
