Overview

All Care Therapies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (CHT) to join our dynamic outpatient team, providing services to clients across all 50 states.

In Short

• Part-time position, 15 hours per week.
• Evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional functions.
• Create individualized plans of care and set client-centered goals.
• Deliver therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.
• Uphold ethical and regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional growth.
• Ensure a secure and healthy environment in accordance with standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Active Occupational Therapy license, preferably in California.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Caring demeanor with commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
