• Provide expert-level remote technical support for NetApp technologies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to NetApp systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor and train other support engineers.
• Stay current with the latest NetApp technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
• Monitor team metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer support.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and management.
• Support pre-sales efforts with technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience with NetApp storage solutions.
• Expert knowledge of NetApp ONTAP and associated features.
• Proficiency in SAN/NAS protocols.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• NetApp certifications are required.
• Experience with other storage vendors is a plus.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms is a plus.
