• Design, adapt, and produce creative pieces for social media, including posts, stories, reels, and assets for digital campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and high creative standards.
• Develop visual content aligned with social media strategies, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on visual trends, formats, and best practices in social media, proposing relevant creative solutions.
• Create variants, adaptations, and optimizations of pieces according to formats, platforms, and content performance.
• Integrate agilely into ongoing projects, maintaining VEO's creative standards.
• Coordinate efficiently with creative direction and other teams to ensure visual and brand coherence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a video creator and producer for digital platforms in agencies or large brands.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of After Effects (basic/intermediate motion graphics).
• Use of AI tools applied to design and audiovisual editing to optimize time and processes when necessary.
• Knowledge of video formats and trends for social media.
• High autonomy and ability to execute without constant supervision.
• Quick problem-solving skills.
• Responsibility and commitment to deliverables and timelines.
