In Short

• Perform mental health history and physical assessments for patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests based on patient needs.
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Participate in emergency call coverage.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and consumers.
• This is a hybrid position with both in-person and telehealth responsibilities.

Requirements

• APRN certification.
• Psychiatric certification.
• NP License in Kentucky; DEA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient acute psychiatric experience.
• Experience with Involuntary Holds preferred.
