Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Security Engineer you will be responsible for providing monitoring and oversight of the security and access control systems protecting valuable information assets and compliance activities.

In Short

• Support operations and respond to security events and incidents, including malware detection, malicious activities, and phishing emails.
• Perform in-depth analysis of security issues, vulnerability assessments, and remediation recommendations.
• Provide guidance on provisioning user accounts on IT systems for authorized users, utilizing least privileged and role-based access control.
• Manage and mature the Security Exception process.
• Assist Information Asset Owners and development project teams in defining and implementing appropriate access rights for user roles.
• Assess Cloud security posture and requirements.
• Handle change management and ticket management processes.
• Manage various security tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in security engineering and incident response.
• Strong understanding of security analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of user access management and role-based access control.
• Experience with cloud security assessments.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
