Overview

The Head of Rapid Recovery is responsible for leading and driving the performance of the gas acquisition business, ensuring operational and commercial targets are met while promoting environmental sustainability.

In Short

  • Lead the Rapid Recovery business in the BeNeLux region.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities in a SME environment.
  • Drive sales and sales management within the refrigeration and HVAC industry.
  • Establish and maintain commercial relationships with clients.
  • Ensure safety-first mindset and behaviors.
  • Utilize analytical and strategic thinking for business growth.
  • Communicate effectively and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Motivate team members and foster a coaching culture.
  • Frequent travel to clients and the A-Gas office.
  • Work either from the office in Eygelshoven or home-based.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in sales management.
  • Experience in the refrigeration/HVAC industry.
  • Ability to manage commercial relationships.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Safety-first mindset.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communication and delegation skills.
  • Organized and resourceful.
  • Experience in business start-ups is desirable.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
