Overview

Noho Labs is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to help launch and operate human clinical research studies focused on peptides, safety, tolerability, and early signals of efficacy in real-world care settings.

In Short

• Support IRB submission processes and documentation.
• Conduct literature reviews for protocol development.
• Draft informed consent forms and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate patient recruitment and enrollment workflows.
• Maintain accurate research records and datasets.
• Clean and manage study data for analysis.
• Prepare data summaries and internal presentations.
• Support external presentations and manuscript development.
• Track milestones and participant progress across studies.
• Help improve research workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare coordination.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and research documentation.
• Strong writing skills for study materials and presentations.
• Comfort working with data collection tools and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in peptides and personalized medicine.
• Experience with remote research operations is a plus.
