Overview

The Director, Allergy MSLs, Region Central is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in the central region, ensuring they meet strategic goals and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of 8-10 MSLs.
  • Coach and train MSLs for performance improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Facilitate scientific exchanges with key external experts.
  • Develop and implement Medical Engagement Plans.
  • Ensure compliance with governance processes.
  • Travel 60% or more for field activities.
  • Communicate scientific insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Support KOL engagement strategies.
  • Promote best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or other doctoral-level degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant pharma/biotech experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a Respiratory clinical environment preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a complete background check.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a field team.
  • Experience in developing training programs.
  • Proven track record in managing KOL relationships.
