Functional Consultant, SAP Payroll (UK & Ireland) - Remote

Overview

The Functional Consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within a project, ensuring that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications while supporting SAP Payroll projects in the UK and Ireland.

• Fully remote position based in Europe.
• Responsible for configuration of SuccessFactors modules.
• Lead or support SAP Payroll projects.
• Ensure quality deliverables for client’s production environment.
• Apply best practices and technical know-how.
• Support sales function with project scoping and solution design.
• Organize and support data mapping and data migration.
• Collaborate with technical resources for integration requirements.
• Conduct testing activities to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Experience in HR services delivery.
• Implementation experience with SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
• At least one end-to-end deployment project experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and UK Payroll.
• SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification (desirable).
• Ability to facilitate engaging customer meetings and workshops.
