VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Per Diem Haitian Creole Speaking Diabetes Specialist (MD/DO) to provide diabetes management programs in the New Jersey area, focusing on improving wellness and lifestyle for pre-diabetic or early-stage diabetes patients.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Current NJ license required; compact or multiple state license preferred.
• Must be Creole speaking.
• Background in preventive care and endocrinology.
• Experience with diabetes management.
• Patient education driven.
• Proficient with computers and customer service-oriented.
