The Help Desk Coach is responsible for providing support to early childhood educators, partners, and others, ensuring high-quality, responsive support through relationship-based coaching strategies.

In Short

• Provide individualized support to early childhood educators and partners.
• Respond to inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries.
• Identify and resolve issues regarding state online systems.
• Connect families to appropriate support resources.
• Promote quality improvement in alignment with best practices.
• Participate in meetings, events, and training as required.
• Adapt support methods to fit end user needs.
• Ensure compliance with SPARK policies and quality assurance standards.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Remote Help Desk staff require a high-speed internet connection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Indiana childcare resources preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Physical exam and background checks required.
• Local or long-distance travel up to 10% required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills required.
