We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong data entry skills and software proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Google Sheets to support our accounting operations.

Contract position averaging 20-30 hours per week
Must have extensive QuickBooks Desktop experience
Proven experience using QBD bank feeds for transaction management
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Manage and reconcile bank feeds in QuickBooks
Generate and customize transaction detail reports
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Support other accounting tasks as needed
Organized professional with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience required
Demonstrated proficiency in Google Sheets
Experience with Google Drive preferred
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Organized and systematic approach to managing multiple deadlines
