The 1st Housekeeper assists the Executive Housekeeper in the efficient & safe organization and operation of the housekeeping department, providing support during the Executive Housekeeper's absence.

Responsible for daily activities of housekeeping personnel.
Prepare and revise work schedules.
Monitor work performance and enforce standards.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Communicate daily with the Executive Housekeeper.
Organize and supervise luggage handling.
Ensure proper handling of technical issues in guest areas.

Prepare and review necessary reports and logs.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a 1st Housekeeper or similar role.
Experience in a 5-star hospitality environment with ship operations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Physically fit and able to carry heavy items.
No visible tattoos.
Guest-focused and service-oriented personality.
Proficient with PC-based databases and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of Public Health Policies.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping chemicals and procedures.
Exceptional training and guest interaction skills.
