In Short

• Part-time casual career coach position based in Albany, NY area.
• Supports relocation and outplacement solutions.
• Works 1:1 with employees of client companies.
• Uses IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.
• Assists spouses/partners with job search support.
• Approximately 10 - 20 hours per week, remote.
• Establishes rapport and motivates employees to achieve goals.
• Guides employees through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advises on career development and transition issues.
• Maintains electronic service delivery records.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career coaching.
• Experience with resume development and interview preparation.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience with virtual coaching.
• Knowledge of living and job searching in Albany, NY area.
• Technology savvy with high-speed internet connection.
