Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor)

Overview

Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are currently accepting applications from providers licensed in Maine.

In Short

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure and personal information.
• Keep your availability calendar up to date.
• Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches and other therapists.
• Offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week with flexibility for more.
• Must be licensed and reside in the US.
• Pay rate starts at $77-$82 per session.
• Access to a 12-month Headspace subscription.
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, or similar.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices.
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with care delivery technology.
• Safe secure location with reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to integrate technology into care.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care.
• Night and weekend flexibility a plus.
