Lead Accountant (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Accounting manager, your mission is to maintain accurate financial records and manage directly or indirectly finance streams to ensure compliance with financial regulations. You provide reliable financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

In Short

• Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments, and collections.
• Prepare and analyse balance sheets on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform and justify the transactions.
• Prepare necessary documents and respond to questions from internal and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial and accounting regulations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Requirements

• 5-6 years experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead accountant or in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and office tools (Excel, SAGE, etc.).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
