Overview

This role is focused on managing technology change requests and supporting IT operations within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure operational availability and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow or ITIL aligned tools.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • 3+ years in change management or IT operations.
  • Knowledge of incident and problem management processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of complex technologies in IT change management.
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to evaluate risks and impacts of changes.
  • Experience in data center operations and asset management.
