Overview

The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding seller to join our EMEA team, supporting our Middle East and Emerging Market business to position and sell our Signature Success Plan to customers.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans.
  • Build relationships with internal partners to identify strategies and opportunities.
  • Evangelize Signature Success internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer or sales issues.
  • Travel up to 25% for business needs.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in license or professional services sales.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively for successful deal closures.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Requirements

  • Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+).
  • Background in business transformation and technology delivery is advantageous.
  • CRM + Data + AI application experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Proven track record of self-starting and influencing without authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency required.
  • Outstanding presentation skills required.
  • Experience evaluated based on core competencies.
